Trained in martial arts from the age of 15 years old, taught by the best in Scotland, Tommy Carruthers and 3 of Bruce Lee's private students from America, Jesse Glover, Ted Wong and Howard Williams.
This continued onto bodybuilding, rock climbing, gymnastics and pole dancing.
More recently, pure strength training has been my main goal. I found myself lucky enough to learn from one of the best in the world, Delroy McQueen.
As well as achieving my own goals, I am now in the position to help you reach yours.
